We truly want you to love your purchase. If you receive your item and notice any issues, please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll be happy to work with you to make things right.
Each of our products is custom made with care. If an item was not made correctly, we will gladly remake it for you. Because custom items are created specifically for each order, we are unable to accept returns on products that were made as ordered.
If we are unable to resolve the issue through a repair or remake, we will provide a full refund (excluding shipping costs) within 30 days of receiving the product.

Warranty Information
- Night Lights: We will replace light bases that burn out within one (1) year of purchase.
- Solar Lights: The solar stand is covered by a 45-day warranty. Since we do not manufacture the solar components, we cannot guarantee how long they will last beyond this period.
- Signs: All electrical components are covered for one (1) year and will be replaced if they fail.
